By creating an account or publishing an invitation on Warkah, you agree to these terms.

The service

Warkah lets you design an invitation website, share its link, manage a guest list and collect replies. You can design and preview for free. An invitation becomes public only after payment.

Prices and payment

• Each published invitation costs RM15.
• Background music is an optional add-on (RM3) per invitation.
• Payments are processed by ToyyibPay. Prices include any fees shown at checkout.
• After payment you can keep editing your invitation at no extra cost.

Refunds

If your invitation does not work because of a problem on our side and we cannot fix it, contact us within 7 days of payment for a full refund. Payments are otherwise non-refundable once an invitation has been published.

Your content

• You are responsible for what you put on your invitation, including names, photos, text and music links.
• Do not use Warkah for anything illegal, hateful, misleading, or that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Background music plays from YouTube. Some videos cannot be played on other websites; we cannot guarantee a particular video will play.
• We may disable an invitation that breaks these terms. If we do, we will tell you why.

Availability

We work to keep invitations online, but cannot promise the service will never be interrupted. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime beyond the amount you paid for the affected invitation.

Changes

We may update these terms. Important changes will be announced on this page or by email.
